So some of you may remember when I tried cow tongue recently.
Well my friend Brandy’s blog about her first dim sum experience reminded me of what I tried the other day while in St. Louis.
When I go out for dim sum, I usually have the standard stuff… pork buns, shu mai, pot stickers, occaisionally beef tripes and spare ribs.
The other day, they carted something I haven’t encountered at my dim sum spots before:

DUCK TONGUE. Well, being adventerous (and I mean, after all, I did already try cow tongue recently…), I grabbed a plate.
Like the cow tongue… chewy… alright taste… not as bad as you would imagine, but also not my thing and I wouldn’t eat an excess of it.

The final week of auctions (including rare Superman artwork, as well as a chance for a walk-on part NBC’s Heroes) for the Siegal and Shuster Society to save the Superman home is coming to an end in just a few days!
