As a lot of you may know by now, I’ve been freaking out in anticipation for this book-turned-flick for a while now… so I get excited every time a little something new pops up:

So my father flew into Vegas on the 29th, right. Well we had agreed to leave a day early.
That actually sounded quite lovely to me! I missed my own bed, plus I was supposed to have my new G1 phone (to replace my crapberry) waiting for me… and… I’d be able to surprise Gerard at his/Corey’s Lost Boys thing at Virgin because, for all he knew, I was still going to be out of town and I’d have to miss yet another one of his gigs. Early this week, a man wearing a “No on 8″ button was beaten with a “Yes on 8″ lawn sign in Torrance, CA.
Police are characterizing the assault as a possible hate crime.
The beater, 23-year old Joseph Storm, is scheduled to appear in the Torrance Superior Court today, Wednesday, for arraignment on a felony charge of a hate crime assault and a misdemeanor count for interfering with another’s exercise of civil rights.
Authorities did not identify the victim.
However, it was mentioned that Storm had known the victim since junior high.

It’s 5:49 AM, and here I am, sitting in my suite in Vegas. I just got back here 49 minutes ago.

I went to go see Ka at 7 PM. Fucking incredible! I found a video on YouTube for you guys… It’s a clip from the show CSI where part of the performance was integrated into the episode, as well as a small performance on the Jay Leno show…

Afterwards, I went back to my hotel to chill for a bit and wait for my buddy Jordan (ex-Powerman 5000, now does drums and percussion for the Blue Man show out here in Vegas) to get out of his show.
12:30 AM came around, and we met up for some drinks and late [...]

So today our time at the Venetian ended and it was time to move on to the Mirage… who gave us a sweet free suite!

I’m still feeling pretty groggy from yesterday… so I decided to be low key today. After settling into our suite, I took a nap, then went out for dinner at yet another sushi bar– Japonais… only to come back up to the suite and treat myself to a nice, long, hot mineral salt bath in the whirlpool tub.
Been lazying about… and about to catch some early Z’s. I know, I know… What am I doing? It’s VEGAS!!! But… if I want to enjoy my last couple of days, I need this grogginess to go away. If [...]
