So my father flew into Vegas on the 29th, right. Well we had agreed to leave a day early.
That actually sounded quite lovely to me! I missed my own bed, plus I was supposed to have my new G1 phone (to replace my crapberry) waiting for me… and… I’d be able to surprise Gerard at his/Corey’s Lost Boys thing at Virgin because, for all he knew, I was still going to be out of town and I’d have to miss yet another one of his gigs. I was pretty stoked on the idea.
On my way from Vegas, my roommate informs me that UPS had screwed up. You see, we had called and requested they deliver the package to her office instead of the apartment… only… they sent it to the wrong hub, so it was going to have to wait another day. Sigh.
I get into town at 6, meet up with my buddy Nero, and we rush out the door and head over to Virgin Hollywood…. only to find out the gig was canceled. So there went my master plan to surprise my friend. Bummer.
Wandered around Hollywood Blvd. with Nero for a while, then went back home and remembered to check out the return of our peskiest neighbors.
Anyone remember these guys, and how we had our landlord get rid of them?
While I was out of town, my roommate had hit me up one day, informing me that the nest was back… and bigger! Then she hadn’t looked at it in a while.
Yeahhhh…. they definitely came back with avengeance:
Sigh. Anyone know any good professional exterminators in L.A.?

I know people that are perfect for the wasp nest removal job… Western Exterminator! They took care of the nest right in the corner of my doorway.
