So I’ve been noticing on my admin panel that a lot of people lately have been getting to my blog by trying to search for the “secret” code in the Coraline film for a chance to win a pair of the limited edition Coraline Nike dunks.
You will NOT find the Nike code here. The “key codes” you will find in long past entries here are from before the full official site was launched, and each code unlocked an exclusive behind-the-scenes video clip.
Why? you ask?
Because, honestly, what is the fun in that?
I will remind you that the code can be seen after the end credits of the movie.
I will also remind you that the code you can see at the end of the movie should be entered somewhere on Coraline.com.
I won’t tell you exactly where… but I will ask this: If you were her, where might you put a fancy pair of shoes?
If you already saw the film and missed the code…. my suggestion is to go see the film again! Why not? You already know it’s a brilliant piece that deserves to be watched again and again anyway.

I really want to see the movie again in 3D before the theaters turn over to Jonas Bros…. plus I really want Angie to experience it. It’s just been crazy out here! We tried going yesterday, and every showing, no matter what theater we stopped by, was either sold out, or all they had left was the very front row (which obviously isn’t recommended for any sort of movie at all… and honestly, I don’t even know why that row even exists in the first place). Ahhh!

I know, I’m supposed to be taking Sarah to go see it on Friday, hopefully we don’t get struck by that ice storm that they’re talking about so I can actually do it. I don’t fancy driving to Cape on black ice, haha.
I hope you guys find a place to go see it, haha. Seriously, wtf are they thinking replacing Coraline with the Jonas Brothers? Have they no decency? *grumble, grumble*

That’s odd. I watched Coraline with a friend of mine on the 15th and we stayed after the credits. However, no secret code came up after staying 30 seconds the whole reel had finished. She was pretty annoyed since I promised her those shoes…I wanted those shoes.
They’re hot.

That’s odd. It shows up after the end credits and after the extra mice…. There was nothing? Are you sure the reel was actually finished?

Yeah, I saw the extra mice and everything, but after that, the screen showed the LAIKA logo and the reel ended because the screen was flashing black and white.
I found a way to still enter the contest without the code though-
there’s a mail-in alternate method, so I’m going to use that way.

hey, there is some guy named master luke who is going around on blogs and posting the code, is there anything we can do to stop him/have those posts removed? it’s not fair really, you should go see the movie in order to discover the code. how do we stop him?

Unfortunately, I don’t think there is a way for it to be stopped. Although it sucks and I personally think it’s a crappy thing to do… it’s not exactly illegal, either.

I couldn’t see the movie cause it didn’t play in belgium…
i only saw in on the internet, but it didn’t allow me to see the code on the end.
i ADORE the book, the movie… and ofcourse.. THE SHOES <3
to bad i can't get them, unless i pay (A LOT) for 'em
