…and that I’m reading a fake news piece or something.
You see, when I was younger, I remember I would religiously check The PRP (otherwise known as Pimp Rock Palace) for most of my Rock news. For whatever reason, I checked it less and less when I moved to Los Angeles and started working at Warner Bros. Records… and eventually, “less” turned into “never again.”
Today, I decided to take a peek for the first time in years… there were a few metal band names I remember… but mostly, band names I’ve never even heard of before. One news bit was full of nothing but unfamiliarity that it almost seems fake to me, haha:

I stopped by my local Blockbuster today with some friends and noticed they were having quite the sale. I don’t know if it was just my local store, or if all of ‘em have the same deals for the same DVDs going on, but it’s definitely worth checking out!
Tonight I picked up the following for only about $40 total:
